Organizing The World’s Biggest Cardistry Event 🔖 I had the pleasure of organizing Cardistry-Con (@cardistrycon) this year in Tokyo, Japan, bringing together 150+ passionate attendees from across the globe. Tickets sold out in less than a day — a testament to the strong energy of the cardistry community. Since attending the first “test con” in San Diego in 2014, this annual gathering always becomes the highlight of my year. There’s nothing quite like reconnecting with fellow cardists to celebrate our art form through inspiring performances, late-night jams, and powerful videos. This year was especially meaningful as I had the honor of taking over full responsibility for Cardistry-Con from my childhood heroes, Dan and Dave Buck (@bucktwins). Together with Tobias Levin (@tobiaslvn) we spent over seven months working through every detail to ensure this year’s event would be as unforgettable as any before it. Hosting in Tokyo — a city renowned for its beauty and rich culture — only added to the magic of the weekend.
