SEQUENCE

Today is the 8 year anniversary of @avivmcards video SEQUENCE. 👑 Some thoughts from @clarkistry - “Time flies. 8 years ago Aviv released Sequence. While the video features the same wild innovation (like Hotshot to Padiddle) we’ve come to love and even expect with all Aviv projects, the part that sticks out to me now isn’t the moves at all - it’s the very first part of the video when the Dan and Dave logo pops up on screen. Like most cardists who started in the 2000’s, Aviv was largely inspired by DnD, and very early on his style and moves weren’t much different from theirs. Same Pandora, same Molecules, same everything. Fast forward years later to Sequence, and not only is Aviv collaborating with DnD, but his style and moves have become iconic in the community, completely his own. Building off of Omega, Sequence continued the trend which Aviv would become known for over the next 8 years, raising the bar of creativity and individuality in cards to this day.”
