I came up with this 3 packet cut in a relatively unusual way: I looked at an old 5 packet cut (second flourish) which I wasn't satisfied with mainly because of problems with flow and idle packets. So I removed useless packets until I just had core mechanics and ended up with this. Not earth shattering, but certainly and improvement and a new place to start.
